hye, today we was learn about the public speaking,..Have a fun with our trainer encik hisham and Miss nani. He teaches how to be a public speaker. We need to more confident to speak in front of everyone. So happy with them, very sporting and give more advice to student. Other than that, Miss nani give some game, she give a piece of paper to draw what we thinking just now. So I draw some food. I’m thinking of food because I love eat and I love food. I like eat malay food such as tomyam and the most popular food that I never miss it is sambal belacan because sambal belacan so spicy and I like spicy food. The most important here is I like eating, every hour i will eat. So u all can imagine how biggest I am. heheheh,,i think since I join BeSt program, I always eat. They provide breakfast, tea break 10.30 am, and tea break at 3.30 pm. always eat, eat and eat. before this, my weight just 56kg but now 60kg,,huh,,,i need to diet,,but,,how?have any can give suggestion?plzzz help me,,
