This classes was conduct with our trainer Leilanie Mohd Nor.First when i came to the class, i look my friend very different with the other day.them dress-up, make-up, style wear 'tudung' and ermmm..looks like different la..them very excited with this class and enjoy with our trainer. i also excited. first she start with man and then when 12.30 pm when their going to solat jumaat,madam start with woman topic. we learn about office attire, how to make-up, how to choose a shoes and so on. then, madam assistant, yasara come with a lot of tudung,she teach how to wear a tudung likes shawl, tudung rozita che wan, and tudung bawal. Yasara very beautiful and i like her style when wearing shawl. she is a young businesswoman where her father has a company in masjid india.

Communication for leaders

For communication for leaders, our trainer is Prof Dr.  Syed Omar Syed agil that tell us how to be a leader.so interesting topic that we don't know previously. I like prof statement where he said a leader couldn't manage him office even though he cannot manage her family.fuhhh..i think that statement is correct and i agree with he.so leader need have criteria to manage their group.

 The leadership competencies were organized into eleven general categories that are easily teachable.

One way to understand leadership and management skills is to compare them on the basis of listing the types of skills each requires. For example, many think that planning is a leadership activity, when in reality it is about management. Vision is the skill that leaders have but managers lack. They are both important, but are really very mental processes.

Today my class just continue with our proposal that will present next tuesday. have a lot of problem so we discuss together to solve it. ermm..quite nervous actually but need to face it..





Presentation skill

assalamualaikum and good afternoon,,had get lunch everyone? ouhhh,,ermmm,,as usual i not take lunch because i already full plus it more to saving because everyday we provided with breakfast, tea break at 10.30 and tea break at 3.30pm,,i think it enough to me and no need to take lunch. after solat i will go to computer lab and open blog to post something that we had learn today. today we learn about presentation skill with our trainer Mr Abdullah bin Yunus and Madam Rosilawati binti Kamarudin. very interesting subject and from this class i was learn how to be a good presenter. ermmm,,actually i quite nervous when speak in front of everyone, but i hope this program will change my nervous and build confident level when speak in front of everyone. INSYALLAH..During this class we were divide by group. Everyone find friend and tell about their family. i group with nahal and lela and they share story about their family. Let i introduce them, nahal have 3 sibling and she is no 3 of their family,she have one sister and one brother. them already married. she live with her family at segambut and everyday she father will sent her to unirazak. she graduated from UniKL. Lela have 5 sibling and she is no last. she have 4 sister and them already married. she said she will married after finished best program, hehhehehe,,now she live with her sister at ulu kelang and everyday she will travel with bus and LRT. Her family live at Negeri sembilan. She also graduated from UniKL. That all for today..

the art of public speaking

hye, today we was learn about the public speaking,..Have a fun with our trainer encik hisham and Miss nani. He teaches how to be a public speaker. We need to more confident to speak in front of everyone. So happy with them, very sporting and give more advice to student. Other than that, Miss nani give some game, she give a piece of paper to draw what we thinking just now. So I draw some food. I’m thinking of food because I love eat and I love food. I like eat malay food such as tomyam and the most popular food that I never miss it is sambal belacan because sambal belacan so spicy and I like spicy food. The most important here is I like eating, every hour i will eat. So u all can imagine how biggest I am. heheheh,,i think since I join BeSt program, I always eat. They provide breakfast, tea break 10.30 am, and tea break at 3.30 pm. always eat, eat and eat. before this, my weight just 56kg but now 60kg,,huh,,,i need to diet,,but,,how?have any can give suggestion?plzzz help me,,

7 pm

Today I was very stressed because usually when the class finished at 5 pm I will quickly proceeded to the LRT and go to KL to take a train to Kajang. But today, at 7 pm I was still there waiting for the train. Other days were not like this, these days many people probably want to back home because tomorrow is holiday for maal hijrah. There have been many times I missed the train because train full of people. In my mind, feel like sitting kt KL Sentral until night, when night must have no people, so can return safely. but my mom calls at many times, so I go through it as well.

'how to reach an audience through blogging'

Nowadays, blog is most popular bulletin board than the other electronic media. Blog is a platform to interact with another person to sharing about personal life, business, politics, interest, hobbies, and give opinion. This is the way to find new friend when they sign in or log on the blog, when they interesting with what we post it, they will be a follower to follow up what we post in the future.  We can find people just search their name or their email blogspot. It is easy to use for everyone. Just create a blog and we can use to post whatever we want. Normally there are many advantages when using blog example share about personal life whether happy story or sad story.

Blog also is a platform for those who are interesting to do a business. When they open blog for a business, the readers who were interesting with their blog will enter the blog to look what their sell. If prices is low than what they expect, beautiful, many choices, they will be a follower to get what they want. This is the best way to promote the business.

The ways to reach an audience is post nice layout to interact people to enter or view our blog. In internet have lots of pattern of nice layout such as emo layout, girly layout, colour layout, black layout, and so on. We can choose what we want and post it into blog. When readers like our background, layout or template them not hesitate to be a follower to share information with each other.

Blogger is easier to find people than facebook, friendster and so on because blog just search the person blogspot and we can get it while facebook is different with blog. The person who was using facebook can change their profile whether another person can find it or not. When we want to be a friend with them, we need to wait their respond to approve, but in a blog, we just click follower, automatically be a follower. This show blog is easier than other chat room.

Other than that, create any creativity to make readers interesting which what our post. In this way, it can give feedback and any comment to share their experience with other readers. We also can get new friend and can be a good communicator.

Other way, add widgets to blog to make blog colorful and interesting to view. Not necessary to put widget till blog looks like so crowded, just put as a simple to make it interesting to view. We can add music, picture, and video to share with friend from that we can share interesting and change opinion and experienced with other person. From that, we can be a good communicator and creator. INSYAALLAH.

class for today just create blog for those who r new in this class, for 'veteran' student ( mdm Sita say's like dat) just continue make up itself blog such as change layout, add widgets, post new comment and so on,, so now i work hard to finish up everything..wish me gud luck yaaa..
