Our trainer Dr Roland Xavier was teach about creativity and innovative. Before proceed to lecture, Dr Roland let our to introduce about yourself, so i introduce about myself..below is a question that Dr Roland ask..

creativity is a a 'new' idea that is a combination of old elements, being able to device new combinations depend on your ability
  • Innovation is a process of taking new ideas through to satisfied customer.

Creative and Innovation

for 3 days with our trainer Borjoyai bin Bardai, he show a lot of thing to share together. he always go outstation at Taiwan, japan and so on. if he found the interesting thing he will buy it. for example

for this speck that i wear. it also has a Mp3 that can hear a variety of song and also this speck also can act as a camera.it can snap the picture.fuhhhh...so amazing..before this i didn't saw this speck. so when he show in the class,,we shocked and didn't believe this speck. if has a chance, i want to get it. He buy this speck in Taiwan and the price is around 300. He has a bag that we call DORAEMON beg because in this beg has a lot of thing that is impossible to find it. 

Public Speaking



For public speaking, my group topic is 'Health Care' and my subtopic is 'Lifestyle'. So i decide to share about artist lifestyle. 



the left side is Demi Moore and the right side is Madonna. Both of them is Active and Dedicated.


Demi Moore has a secret that allows her to exercise several hours a day without going to gym. She attaches to each leg weight of 250g each, which keep her in shape and allow her tp spend more time with her family. Moreover, this actress follows the Raw Diet that is a recent diet that forbids processed food or warm food being suitable for many lifestyle.

The greatest danger for active and dedicated women is to not fall into the trap of over training. Several walks in the park or dancing can balance the threat of such an obsession.  

Madonna is representative for the type of woman who is always informed about diet and physical activities and she also has an experience that allows her to choose a proper nutritional program. 

For the active and dedicated woman, eating healthy and exercising represent a good lifestyle. The excessive energy allows her to do regular exercises and she has a conscience that helps her to keep the most healthy and non invasive diet.

This actress recognizes that she wouldn't handle with the film shootings and family life without the help of a trainer and a nutritionist.

So as a conclusion try to take 15 minute to walk every day because exercise is essential for excellent health.
